Hopewood's accommodation ranges from large motel style balcony units overlooking the bush to budget rooms.

In addition to a selection of beneficial therapies and relaxing pampers, all of Hopewood's packages contain:

• - fully serviced accommodation (up to three and a half stars);
• - delicious smorgasbord vegetarian meals, fresh fruit, herbal teas and fruit juices;
• - use of all facilities, including a well equipped Fitness Room, tennis court, bicycles and a heated outdoor swimming pool;
• - and daily Activities Program which may include:
  - Tai Chi, yoga, meditation, low impact exercise and circuit classes, aqua aerobics, Relaxacise, tennis, bike riding, guided walks, and more;
  - stress management, weight release, healthy lifestyle and nutrition workshops; and 
  - cooking demonstrations to help you prepare our delicious recipes at home.

Hopewood does not provide meals in rooms as it is contrary to a healthy lifestyle.
