A Typical Day



Margie Hare

Margie Hare was born in Cape Town, South Africa.  She was a speech and drama teacher, then a publishing executive before establishing her own business specialising in growing and marketing herbs.

An intense interest in the therapeutic healing power of the herbs led Margie to study alternative healing therapies including aromatherapy, reflexology and massage.

Margie is a senior lecturer at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies, NSW Committee representative for the Australasian Vodder Therapists Association (AVTA) and a member of Remedial Masseurs Association (ARM).

Weekend Program

Saturday 13th March  2010

3.30 pm Swiss Ball Class
Have fun and stay fit with exercises
designed for use with the Swiss ball.
5.15 pm Aromatherapy Workshop
Learn how simple it is to use aromatherapy
oils safely to relieve stress and promote wellbeing.
7.30 pm Meditation
"Transformation is here and now".  Meditation
is excellent, physically, emotionally, mentally
and spiritually.

Join Margie to begin the day with a fresh start.
10.00 The power of Visualisation.
Learn to visualise and achieve your goals,
beyond your wildest dreams.  You can be
anything you want to be.
11.30 am Manage your Stress with Ease.
Arm yourself with tools to manage your stress before it manages you!!
